Yes, in order to prevent the natural oxidisation, clean the surfaces with appropriate products that you can find easily in the market such as gloves or polishing clothes impregnated with oxidation preventive chemicals.
The washing has to be done preferably right after using the cutlery. In case of using a washing machine, put the knives in the same basket, separated from the other cutlery, blades upwards. Carefully dry them using a smooth absorbing cloth.
During a long storage, avoid using chemical coloured clothes as they can damage the surface of the blades. The use of neutral clothes is suitable. Please request our bags which have been carefully manufactured for this purpose, avoiding oxidation. |
